In this week, I am going to introduce about my recommending Korean instant noodles. In Korea, there are many kind of instant noodles such as spicy noodle, sweet noodle, and so on. In a lot of noodles, I introduce about my favorite instant noodle in Korea.
My most favorite instant noodle is Gamja noodle. (감자라면)
감자 (gamja) means potato in Korean. Then 50 percent of this noodle made from potato. Because of that, the noodle is chewy more than other Korean noodle. Also I don't like so spicy noodle, but Gamja noodle is not too spicy compare to the "shin ramen". Soup is thick with vegetable flavor.
If you have any opportunity to eat Korean noodles, you would try Gamja noodle !
